I work by phone or Skype with clients all over the world.
I think it's fair to say as an adult, you have
all experienced stress at some point in your life. That stress
could have stemmed from a variety of sources: our relationships,
our jobs, our businesses, money, or whatever. And whether you’re
dealing with a daily stressor, chronic stress, or a major life
challenge, stress can take a significant toll on you, both physically
and emotionally.
According to Dr Oz, two-thirds of all office visits to
primary care physicians are related to stress? i.e. visits
to your GP for those of you from the UK :)
While stress
affects everyone in a unique way, there are certain factors that
are common. If you are experiencing any of the following, it could
be a sign that you’re being affected by stress:
• Headaches:
Certain types of headaches can be related to stress.
• More Frequent
Colds or Flu: if you’re under too much stress, you may be getting
sick more often.
• Sleep Problems:
stress can rob you of sleep and reduce the quality of the sleep
you do get.
• General
Anxiety: if you’re feeling anxious much of the time, it could
be because you have too many stressors in your life.
• Difficulty
focusing or making decisions: When your stress response is triggered
in excess, this can cause you to think less quickly/clearly.
• Stress and Breast Cancer Risk:
According
to my online research, researchers have found that the incidence
of breast cancer correlated with multiple life stressors.
Hypnotherapy
has been used for decades to release stress naturally, effectively
and quickly. It can also used to lower blood pressure naturally.
I recommend a minimum of four sessions of coaching and hypnosis
for relieving stress, improving sleep and for learning how to
cope with specific stressors during your daily life.
