FOR MEN:

Get Authentic Confidence With Women

This is my second most popular program! (The most popular is confidence and focus for business/career/sports.)

This is for men who are genuinely seeking a long-term relationship.

People tell you, 'Just be yourself' but sometimes that's not as easy as it sounds! If you could do it just like that, it wouldn't be an issue and you wouldn’t be interested in help to improve your confidence with women. So what else can you do?

The answer may lie in confidence coaching and hypnosis.
Be confident with women. using confidence coaching and hypnosis by phone and Skype.

With coaching and hypnosis, you can gain the confidence and skill you need to approach any woman, any time. No tricks or gimmicks - this is about gaining authentic confidence with women. If you have to learn tricks to get a woman interested in you, you won't feel good about yourself because you'll always know that you had to resort to tricks to get her.

Forget about those 'speed seduction' seminars run by men who get rich on teaching you how to create an attraction or 'instant 'chemistry' using various behaviours (including being insulting - euphemistically referred to as 'being cheeky'). If you sincerely want a long-term relationship rather than a fling that will probably end acrimoniously, those trainings aren't for you. You won't get a secure confident woman using those lines or techniques.

If you want to know how to talk to women, ask a woman! I've helped thousands of men all over the world learn how to be confident with attractive women. Authentic self-confidence (not to be confused with arrogance) is alluring all by itself! And once you're in the relationship, you can rest assured that she was attracted to the real you right from the beginning and didn't merely fall for some con tricks.

My confidence with women program involves four sessions of coaching and hypnosis, which includes using some NLP techniques where applicable to change the neurological links you have to certain situations that are causing you to behave in ways that sabotage your chances or "get in your own way" within a relationship or when meeting someone new.

I will outline why traditional chat-up lines and why the techniques out there, taught by men to men may not work long-term and may attract the' wrong' type of woman for you.

I will explain the basics about recognising unconscious self-sabotage - how you can recognise it in your behaviour, how you can stop it and use positive self-talk and resourceful questions in our internal voices, and much more. (This eradication of self-sabotage will be reinforced in hypnosis.)

Each coaching session lasts around 30 minutes.

The remainder of your 90 minute session will involve the hypnosis, which reinforces and builds upon what we've talked about and specifically what you have said you want.

It will include instilling the confidence and creativity to make small talk and do some light-hearted flirting anywhere anytime - even in the produce section of the supermarket :)

And you don't even need to leave your home to have your sessions.

In the meantime, I'll tell you a bit about the hypnosis:
initially, you are gently guided through a beautiful metaphor to release unresourceful negative emotions, thoughts, characteristics and behaviour that may be weighing you down and holding you back. This type of hypnosis is called Eriksonian hypnosis meaning that stories or metaphors are used, within which positive suggestions concerning new behaviours and thought patterns are embedded. This is great for people like myself who don’t enjoy or accept people telling them what to do! :)

Once your conscious mind is quieted and accepts the process, I will then move onto many repetitive positive post hypnotic suggestions carefully designed to instil more authentic self-confidence, self-belief, inner strength, creativity and motivation to go for what you want in life as well as the willingness to trust yourself, make decisions with the applicable facts, uncover your values, take action where/when appropriate, and the creativity to come up with solutions to problems. I will also embed the NLP techniques you learned in the coaching in hypnosis.

Why do I work by phone?
Initially, it was because I lived in a rural location and my clients were many miles away (my clients were and are dotted around all over the world). This method has worked phenomenally well! I now recommend it even for local clients who could have sessions in person.

My clients generally recline in their LazyBoy or get cosy on/in their beds, i.e. they lie down in a place they associate with comfort and relaxation. In my opinion, the huge benefit clients derive from my hypnosis sessions - and so quickly - is in part due to the fact they can relax more deeply more quickly when they are able to feel safe and relaxed in their own home rather than an unfamiliar office somewhere, i.e. at home they're in an environment they can control.

A note about the hypnosis part, it's beneficial to have a comfortable set of headphones that you can plug into your phone. Some clients put me on speaker phone, but I strongly recommend headphones, so you can be sure of your subconscious hearing and therefore absorbing everything easily. Usually people fall into a hypnotic sleep. That’s fine – your mind will still ‘hear’ everything, but I would prefer you to be wearing headphones, so that my voice is clearly audible to your subconscious mind during that time.

When you emerge from the hypnosis, you’ll feel like you've had a refreshing nap for about 50-60 minutes. Clients always tell me that they wake up next day feeling fantastic! Clients have reported that people around them – work colleagues, friends and family - comment on how much more positive, communicative and approachable they are.

A wonderful side effect of my sessions is that clients report is that they sleep much more soundly and that their primary relationships are better.
