Here's
some info on what to expect from my Confidence boosting
NLP Coaching and Hypnosis sessions and some of the results
I've had in the past.

My confidence
building sessions involve four sessions of coaching, which includes
using some NLP techniques where applicable to change the neurological
links you have to certain situations that are causing you to "get
in your own way".
I teach about
unconscious self-sabotage - how to recognise it, how to stop it
and use positive self-talk and resourceful questions in our internal
voices, and much more. Each coaching session lasts around 90 minutes.*
After we've done the coaching segment (which lasts around 30-45
minutes), we move on to the hypnosis, which reinforces and builds
upon what we've talked about. I call it confidence building hypnosis,
but really, it's so much more. Initially, your subconscious mind
is gently guided through a beautiful metaphor to release unresourceful
negative emotions, thoughts, characteristics and behaviour that
may be weighing you down and holding you back.
This is followed by many repetitive positive messages carefully
designed to instil more authentic self-confidence, self-belief,
inner strength, creativity and motivation to go for what you want
in life as well as the willingness to trust yourself, make decisions
with the applicable facts, take action where/when appropriate,
and the creativity to come up with solutions to problems.
When it comes
to individual clients, I work over the 'phone or Skype. This method
has worked really well. For the hypnosis part, it's helpful to
have a headset that you can attach to your phone. Some clients
put me on speaker phone, I would advise a headset where feasible,
so you can be sure of hearing everything easily.
When you have
your hypnosis session it makes
sense to be in a place you associate with comfort and relaxation.
People generally recline in their LazyBoy or get cosy in their
beds. That element of the session couldn't be any easier! In my
opinion, the huge benefit clients derive from my hypnosis sessions
so quickly is in part due to the fact they can relax more deeply
more quickly when they are able to feel safe and relaxed in their
own home rather than an office somewhere, i.e. at home you're
in an environment they can control.
My hypnosis
sessions may be a little different than what you expect. The first
30 minutes involves a beautiful metaphor, which is a little like
a story you can follow. In following the story, you release any
negative unresourceful emotions, thoughts, characteristics or
behaviour that may be weighing down as I mentioned above.
The metaphor
continues and leads to you crushing the forces within you that
are holding you back and unlocking your true potential.
The hypnosis
session continues for a further 20 minutes approx. with some
more direct messages concerning the enhancement of your self-belief,
self-esteem, confidence and motivation to take action to go for
the life you desire. This part of the session usually builds on
the coaching we will have done beforehand as it is tailored to
what the client has expressed they require in the context of confidence/self-esteem.
You'll emerge
from the relaxation as if you've had a refreshing nap for 50 minutes,
and in all cases so far, clients have told me that they wake up
next day feeling fantastic! Clients have reported that people
around them comment on how much more positive, communicative and
approachable they are. A wonderful side effect of my sessions
is that clients report is that they sleep much more soundly and
that their primary relationships are better.
