NLP Success Coaching and Hypnosis FAQ


Where do I need to travel for my sessions?

You don't.
Individual NLP coaching and Hypnosis is done over the 'phone or over Skype, so you can feel comfortable and secure in your own familiar environment when we work together.


Do NLP and Hypnosis work over the phone or Skype?

Yes.
If you have the willingness and the ability to focus and follow my instructions, the NLP coaching and hypnosis will work.

How long is a session?

A typical private NLP coaching and hypnosis session lasts 60 - 90 minutes. If you book hypnosis only, it lasts approximately one hour. It is possible to book coaching and hypnosis sessions separately so that you have more, shorter sessions.

How often are the sessions?

Coaching and hypnosis sessions are recommended at least once a week.

What happens first?

Set up a free 30 minute phone consultation. You can explain what changes you want to make and find out if hypnosis and NLP can help you.

Confidentiality

My ethics are that what you choose to tell me is confidential unless it is or could be of an illegal nature or somehow harmful to people or animals.


Rescheduling

Things come up. Such is life, but if you can give at least 24 hours notice, it would be appreciated.

If you do not show up for your session

With the exception of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accident, if you miss a session and you have not told me ahead of time, the skipped session will be deducted from your remaining sessions. Since this is a business like any other, so I need to be compensated for the missed, unusable timeslot.

Please be aware that I do not send out reminders. If keeping appointments is an issue for you, my suggestion is that you set reminders on your phone, your computer or other electronic device.

Calling long-distance

If you do not have international calls in your long-distance plan, my suggestion is to use a pre-paid phone card. These are usually available at supermarkets and other retail outlets. For example, worldwide calls using a Walmart pre-paid phone card cost approx. 2 cents per minute.

Time zone

I currently set dates and times for sessions in Eastern time, ie. 5 hours behind GMT. Not sure what time that is for you? Go here and find out:

How to pay

Clients can pay by PayPal using this email address louisegoddard@schoolyourmind.com

Here are some other alternatives for payment:
If you have a Canadian bank account, you can pay by Interac email transfer.
If you have a UK bank account, you can make your payment by bank transfer or by PayPal.
Payment is made in advance.
